Former Navy SEAL uses social media for branding and training… and National Geographic’s “Fight Science”

Who is Stew Smith?
More people can find out thanks to his online postings and resources.
I for one know Stew as a phenomenal human being and American who dedicates time to working with future military members under his “Heroes of Tomorrow” program.
Many a morning I woke up at zero-dark-thirty to PT with Stew and a varied group of future recruits and friends.
As a former Marine, these workouts (sometimes totaling over 150 pullups, 5 miles of running and a mile of varied swimming, hypoxic drills, etc… plus loads of other PT) were a way for me to stay healthy and on top of my game in a business that I owned and successfully sold.
But that wasn’t all.
It was a way to get motivated and motivate.
So why this post?
Because Stew’s videos are a good example of well-done output from a pro, and good examples of the enterprise use of social media in business are not too commonly found.

Pro, you say?
Check out StewSmith.com to learn more, then watch Stew nail it in National Geographic’s “Fight Science” program.
Watch his SEAL training and discipline pay off and surprise even the pro’s on the set.

Fight Science “Super Soldiers” Part 2

Friggin’ good stuff.

All the best and Semper Fi,
